Membership

The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast represents 250 homebuilders, trade contractors, suppliers and industry professionals in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County. The HBA supports good housing policy for the building industry through legislative advocacy, business networking and educational programs to money-saving benefits and an array of communication publications. Membership gives you access to the most powerful, successful and influential people on the Central Coast

We offer two categories of membership: Builder and Associate. Your initial membership dues are submitted with your completed membership application and are renewable on an annual basis.
